3. Presentation Night! Here it is!!!  Thursday, April 15, 7 -9pm. The grand finale’ of a wonderfully productive, cooperative effort of families with similar hearts for God and and their children! For many of us, this is the highlight of the school year where we can show our families and friends just what it is we do when we gather on a Wednesday. About 9 pm, those who are able, please stay a little longer to help put away tables and chairs for the night. Thanks!

Details:  the sanctuary is available for practice during your class time. I didn’t make a schedule, so hopefully, the stage will be empty when your class goes up to the sanctuary.  Let’s extend extra grace and flexibility incase there is an overlap. Look for a labeled bench so you know where to sit on Thurs. night. For older students (3rd gr. and up) you may be in a couple of presentations, so I suggest you sit in the bench where you will be on stage first.
Peggy announced that she and her crew will set up the gym at 12:30 and hope to be done by 1:30. When we get the green light, teachers may set up their table displays. Have fun and be real creative!
I will have programs that need to be folded during Wed. Perhaps some study hall students could do this.
**Would 4 students please volunteer to hand out the programs on Thursday night? Perhaps students who are not doing anything on stage would be happy to greet our guests for the evening. Let me know…Thanks! Mrs. Graybill

4.  A Notary will be available at co-op from 8:30- 10 on Wednesday to notarize affidavits for the upcoming 2011-2012 school year.
Even if you did NOT sign up for this, you can still bring your affidavit to be stamped. The cost is $3 a signature.
